The correct information helps us to keep our records accurate, get the proper delivery information to your driver and keep you up to date on the status of your order and delivery.
Know Your Product...
Get your whole team together and put together and make sure you cover everything they need to know including: sales dates, what varieties and sizes you are offering, what the prices are, and especially... what your sales goals are!
Spread The News...
"The louder you yell, the more you will sell". We can provide posters and Doorhangers for you to leave if no one is at home. Take advantage of all your group's contacts on Facebook and plan an "Event" for your citrus sale with all the details included so they can send out invites to all their Facebook Friends.
Get Out and Sell...
Encourage your sales team to dress in their uniform, FFA Jacket, Group T-Shirt etc. After all, your customers not only want "Grove Fresh" citrus, they also want to support a good cause. Be sure to keep everyone up to date on your sales goals progress. A great way to motivate everyone to work harder is to keep a sales chart in a visible spot. Remember - Enthusiasm is Contagious!
Place Your Order...
We pick and pack to order to make sure your customers receive the freshest citrus possible. Therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT that we get your order at least 10 days before your scheduled delivery date. You can order online, call us toll-free at 1-800-732-7483 or email us at rbcitrus@aol.com
We pick and pack to order to provide you with the freshest fruit possible. However, you are dealing with a perishable item, therefore, we encourage you to always add extra cartons to your order to cover any unexpected damage or spoilage. All spoilage is deductible and if you don't have any (which is expected) the fruit will be so good you won't have any trouble selling the extra cartons.
On The Road...
We will call you to let you know your fruit is on the way and send you an email with your drivers name and cell phone number. Your driver will also have your contact inofrmation and has been instructed to call you en route to confirm his scheduled arrival time.
Time To Unload...
The drivers are independent operators who are responsible for courteous, dependable arrivals. They would appreciate your sales team being on time and prepared to unload as quickly as possible so they can get on the road again.
Count Carefully...
We will provide you with a loading diagram before your truck arrives so you know what to expect on each and every pallet. Each pallet will be labeled with your name on it. DO NOT Remove any fruit fROM ANY PALLETS ON THE TRUCK THAT DO NOT HAVE YOUR NAME ON IT.
It is critical that you unload and separate your order by size and variety and take a complete count BEFORE YOU DISTRIBUTE ANY FRUIT!
Sign Your Delivery Confirmation...
Once your entire order is accounted for you will need to sign the Delivery Confirmation Sheet the driver will have for you. Any shortages or damaged cartons must be noted on the Truckers Copy.

We pick and pack the freshest fruit possible to insure your fruit is as fresh as if you picked it yourself. However, it is a perishable product, so proper care and handling and immediate distribution is essential.
All fruit should be spot checked carefully for signs of spoilage. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, you must notify the River Brite office as soon as possible. You will then have 10 days from delivery to provide us with an actual carton count.
Terms of Payment..
So that we can pay our hard working growers as quickly as possible, payment is due in full within 30 days of delivery.
We will include an invoice in your "Delivery Packet" your trucker will provide for you. We will also email one to you and will gladly mail a copy on request. If you will be out of school for Christmas Break we encourage you to submit payment before the break or immediately upon your return.
